We treat the current episode properly, investigate for structural or hormonal contributors, and set up a prevention plan — often without long-term antibiotics.
How we approach it
The plan begins with a careful examination and the right scans — nothing more, nothing less. Most conditions have several reasonable ways forward and I will walk you through each, honestly. Surgery is only ever suggested when it is genuinely the best option, and always as one choice among several.
