We differentiate the ones that matter with a careful scan and clinical picture. Most are watched, some are treated medically, and only a minority need surgery — laparoscopically wherever possible.
How we approach it
The plan begins with a careful examination and the right scans — nothing more, nothing less. Most conditions have several reasonable ways forward and I will walk you through each, honestly. Surgery is only ever suggested when it is genuinely the best option, and always as one choice among several.
